Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, ABA therapy services may be covered in full or in part. It’s important to contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan handles ABA coverage and any requirements for reimbursement.

Here are some questions to ask your insurance provider to better understand your ABA benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include coverage for ABA therapy or behavioral health services?

• Do I have a deductible for ABA services? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Are there limits on the number of ABA therapy sessions covered per year? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need prior authorization or a referral from my primary care physician for ABA services to be covered?

Getting clear answers to these questions can help you plan for therapy and ensure your child receives the support they need.

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
